GENERAL

1Do you supply food and drinks onboard?
We don't supply food and cold drinks you must bring your own. For diving and all day deep sea fishing trips we do supply tea and coffee but on our shorter trips it is at the skippers discretion. Packed lunches can be arranged for around £5pp
2 Where do we park?
There is plenty of parking around the harbour, it is best to look on google maps to give you a better idea. The long stay cheaper parking is on the cove which is about 15 minutes walk to the boat landings on the pier so make sure you leave enough time as the boats can't wait on the landings and you may miss your trip if you are late.
3How is it best to book?
It is best to book online via the website. We often advertise discount codes on our homepage so look out for the earlier or later trips in the day as they are often cheaper. We also advertise last minute spaces for our swimming with seals trips on the homepage. Just look at the banner at the top of the page for any discunts on offer. By booking online you can help us to maintain social distancing at the harbour and be more COVID secure. We do still accept bookings at the quayside at our ticket kisok on the pier at Ilfracombe Harbour.

FISHING

1Can we keep our catch?
We generally encourage catch and release but you can of course take what you would like to eat for the BBQ. The crew will even clean your catch as long as time allows. Ask early on in the trip to ensure we have time to do this as we are not allowed to wait around at the harbour as the landings get very busy.
2Are we guaranteed to catch?
There is a reason its called fishing and not catching!! Our skippers and crew have years of experience and will take you to the best spots avaialble based on the sea conditions and the tide. Sometimes these conditions will mean that our top spots are not accessible and on the odd occasion the fish might not be playing ball. Please dont think that a financial commitment means you are sure to catch your dinner, it is likely but never guaranteed.
3Why are no kids prices shown on the website?
Kids and adults are the same price on fishing and snorkelling trips so we just show adult prices only. Just enter the number of people in you party as adults and book online to save as it's more expensive if you book at the quayside on the day. Always check the banner at the top of the page as we often advertise discount codes here.
4Do we need to bring rods and tackle?
No, we supply everything including mackerel bait. If you want to order more specialist baits then this can be supplied just let us know before your trip. All you need to bring is food and drinks and of course sun cream!

DIVING

1Do you take individuals?
n short yes. You can join our Swimming with seals trips but it is best to call in advance so we can ensure there is someone to buddy you up with on the day.
2 Do you hire equipment?
Unfortunately, we do not hire out equipment. The local Ilfracombe Dive Club can rent out cylinders. This will need to arranged directly with them.
3Do you take unqualified divers?
No we don't. Anyone wishing to dive must be qualified and have carried out UK sea diving before coming to Lundy. We are not a training school and people need to be able to dive before coming to us. If you have no diving experience we do offer wild swimming or snorkelling and seal encounters are almost guaranteed, please email or call for details or you can book online just select our swimming with seals trip via the website.
4Can we fill cylinders locally?
Yes the local BSAC club have a new compressor and will fill cylinders for £6 each. If you are staying at Lundy then fills are available on the Island. We can arrange this for you.
